I'm really upset now.

I spent a good 6-7 hours yesterday creating more new jewellery, took photos and happily prepared them for listing. I even uploaded them to my Flickr album, ready for posting to the various groups. This morning, as I was doing just that, I happened to see a very familiar photo in one of the groups...

It was MINE!!!

The very same bracelet featured on Pretty/Modest last week. Posted by someone in Mexico who flipped it horizontally, increased colour saturation and added her own stupid logo on it. With the sheer audacity to post to the exact same group that my original had appeared in. And she blogs all of this too.

Infringing the photo's rights is one thing. Passing off my jewellery as hers is another. I'm fine if someone want to create something similar to what I have. But take your own damned photos and use different angles! And I'm not the only victim!

I had to restrain myself from leaving angry comments on her photos and sent her a message calmly asking wtf's going on. Also reported abuse to Yahoo and informed a couple of other artists whose work she is lifting.

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!
